Developed through AssetCoherence, Cortex Clip is a wearable being designed for clinician-selected voice capture, on-device speech processing, docked transfer, and clinician review.
It is the first application of a bigger MatterWoven idea: understand what is happening in the physical world, then make the next step more useful.

The local-first design aims to turn captured speech into organized context on the wearable, without a continuous wireless connection.
03Dock & transfer
The dock is designed to charge the device and transfer retained information to a local review application.
04Review & decide
The clinician reviews and refines the transcript and draft documentation before using the information in an approved workflow.
